This is one of the best bars I have been to in Hampton Roads. While the cover says $5, the chick charged us $12 for two people on a Saturday night....

This BAR is so unlike all of the other boring bars around, we actually drive in 2 hours just to go to BAR Norfolk. I recommend this place to ANYO...
