This is one of the best bars I have been to in Hampton Roads. While the cover says $5, the chick charged us $12 for two people on a Saturday night. Either way I had such a good time. The crowd is a diverse group of people, the music is mixed and everyone regardless of race was in there enjoying eachother. No drama in here, just lots of drinks and dancing!

This BAR is so unlike all of the other boring bars around, we actually drive in 2 hours just to go to BAR Norfolk. I recommend this place to ANYONE wanting to have a good time. The atmosphere is wonderful and you never feel like it is just a pick-up spot. Everyone has fun and everyone is nice and enjoyable to be around...not like the other bars where the drunks take over and start stuff. I LOVE BAR Norfolk and I recommend them putting one here on the Outer Banx. We need it. =)
