Chilling and Thrilling Halloween Fun at Time Lounge

Halloween started off early on Monday, October 29, 2007 at Time Lounge in Downtown Norfolk. Bringing in people of all shapes and sizes sporting costumes from any imaginable idea, it was definitely a frightful night. This college night had Time Lounge full of students and sexy and scary characters.
