Waterside (Downtown Norfolk) paid homage to the New Orleans’ tradition of Mardi Gras with a Fat Tuesday Bar Crawl. Have A Nice Day Café brought in huge crowds and definitely did the tradition justice with lots of dancing, drinking, and BEADS!
