The top 50 ladies from the local Hooters locations competed to win the title of “Miss Hooters – Hampton Roads” at Have a Nice Day Café in Norfolk. Contestants were judged in an evening gown and bikini competition.
The venue was packed to capacity with family, friends and fans cheering for their favorite Hooter girl. The winner of this event will compete in Miami at the Miss Hooters International Pageant.
