A Halloween Event went down on October 31, 2007 at Club Excess in Virginia Beach. The club was packed with almost everyone dressed in costume. The variety and originality of the costumes was something to marvel at. The night was full of loud hip hop and dance hall music with a costume contest finishing up the party.
