The theme-park opens on March 21. Here is a list of special events.
April 19-20 and April 26-27. Ready, Set, Grow! The interactive gardening weekends feature workshops, demonstrations and tips from local experts. This year, a new landscaping shop, "The Garden Gate," opens in the England section of the park.
May 4, May 11 and May 18. Busch Gardens hosts a contemporary Christian concert series annually. This year, twelve artists including Third Day, Mark Schultz and Natalie Grant will perform.
May 31-June 1 and June 7-8. Wild Days with Jack Hanna, Julie Scardina and Ginny Busch. The popular animal experts let guests interact with animals from Busch Gardens and
July 19-20, July 26-27, Aug. 2-3, Aug. 9-10 and Aug. 16-17. The annual Summer Nights concert series returns this year and will feature Peter Frampton, The Charlie Daniels Band and
Aug. 23-24 and Aug. 30-31. Sock Hop Nights.
Virginia residents can purchase the Busch Gardens Fun Card for $56.95 and receive unlimited admission to the park through Sept. 1 and admission to the park's special events.
