Downtown Norfolk Doo Dah Parade

The 11th Occasional Doo Dah Parade took place in Downtown Norfolk bringing foolishness to the streets. The crowds lined up early along Main Street to catch a glimpse of the parade and to dine at local eateries. The parade included bands, drill teams, crazy marching crews, and outrageous costumes all to capture the prestigious “Fool’s Cup” award.
