Love Kevin Smith films, so this should be a funny one.

You can still see The Dark Knight in IMAX at the Smithsonian! If you haven't seen it in IMAx, you haven't seen this in IMAX, you really haven't seen it.

A not-so-great year? I beg to differ. The Dark Knight was THE definitive Batman movie, if not the best superhero movie of all time. Wall-E was beautiful and one of Pixar's best. Iron Man was fantastic. True, there have been some real stinkers, like that Paris Hilton movie (remember that? I bet hardly anyone does), the umpteenth installment of " (insert descriptive here) Movie", and brainless flicks like "The House Bunny" and "What Happens in Vegas". However, any year that can produce something on the caliber of "The Dark Knight" isn't TOO bad (maybe I'm choosing to be optimistic?). I do look forward to seeing "Burn After Reading", though. Anything Coen Brothers is a-ok with me.
