While I haven't been to the one in Norfolk, I do frequent Kelly's in Newport News. If you want to get drunk, come here because they serve the drinks RIGHT! They do not play when it comes to the drinks. Awesome place to kick back, one time a fight broke out and nobody even paid attention because drama does not hold well in this atmosphere! Everyone is there to have a good time and get drunk!
