This upscale Seattle-based chain is the flagship restaurant of the snazzy MacArthur Center mall in downtown Norfolk. Dark woods, polished marble and waiters with long white aprons lend an elegant look to the dining rooms. Large shrimp and a rich crab and artichoke dip are tempting appetizers. The list of entrees includes several fish choices and top-quality beef prepared in a rock salt roasting method.
