There are more surprises at this better-than-expected eatery. Dark red walls, great blues music piped into the dining rooms and a bar-lounge area off to the side place Red Hot & Blue a cut above other chain restaurants. Though the dining room is laid out like most fast-food places, such added touches make things here a little more special. Red Hot & Blue delivers in the food arena as well, with knockout barbecue and some great side dishes, including items you won't find on other menus.
