Overall rating:

All you can eat ribs means to the supper club, you get whats available. We (9 adults) all ordered "all you can eat ribs" we all received 1/2 rack and were informed they were all out; no cost adjustment was made nor were coupons issued as an apology. The bar was not opened and there was only one waitress for the entire resteraunt. Mismanaged and unprepared for the Hampton area.

For those of you who are seeking a night of Line dancing and two stepping... you better go to Southern Star at waterside in Norfolk. Whoever gives dance lessons at Saddle Ridge apparently did away with the correct choreography to "Hick Chick" and "Chicken with the Train" just to name a couple. After midnight the place turns into a hip-hop club! Bottom Line, of you want to learn the "Correct" way to line dance, and have a great time at a "country" night club, go to Southern Star and stay far away from here!!

My friends and I went on a Thursday to celebrate a birthday. We had a great time despite the delayed service, which I am sure was due to the bartenders drinking as much or more than we did while they were working. This in turn resulted in my debit card being charged twice. I called three differents times trying to get the matter resolved with no response, so I finally had to get my bank involved. That resulted in one of the SR managers yelling at me! Like it was my fault! I am a restaurant manager on the Southside and there is a good reason we seem to get a lot of our clientel from the peninsula. Inexperienced managers that don't know what good customer service is isn't helping their reputation.

I like the layout of the place, but they need to get control of the dance floor. It's bad when there are people cutting across the dance floor, spilling drinks, and smoking cigarettes. We didn't get a chance to dance much because there were so many people standing around socializing on the dance floor. If they can make it easier for people to dance, that place will be awesome! I love the patio and the fact that it's not terribly smoky inside. The waitresses and bartenders are great too.

Great place to people watch! The Beauty of this place is the space. 14,000 sq. ft. and high ceilings. For the non-smokers it allows for you to breath and still enjoy hanging with you smoking friends. There is an out door deck that allows you to get away from the music or make a cell call. Besides there is plenty of eye candy. The music is not all country which helps too.

Service is not all that.. but its hard to get a server when there is so many people in the place on a FRid or Sat. prices are normal to high for a bar in VA... Is a great place go at least one time...

Great place on the weekends!
