Like most hibachi grill restaurants, the cook, who rolls out the ingredients on a small cart, puts on a show. He cracks eggs on the side of giant knives, makes sparks by shaking salt over an open flame.
Dinner offerings include shrimp, chicken, sukiyaki steak, vegetables and fried rice. The meat is grilled moist and tender and the vegetables are nice and crisp. Soup and salad is included. Plenty of sushi choices are on the menu.
Short sleeves is the best attire for this dining experience, as it gets warm at the grill!

I have eaten at many Sushi restaurants in the southeast and Hana Sushi is by far the best around. Don't let the small sushi bar with only 3 stools...
