At most dinner theaters, the show begins after the dishes are cleared. But at Nara of Japan Steak and Seafood Restaurant, the meal is the entertainment. Soup, salad and appetizer are included in the meal, and the menu isn’t complicated — beef, chicken or seafood. The only adornments are lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper and sesame seeds. The chefs prepare the meals on tabletop grills, or hibachis, while you watch. You won’t have to trouble yourself with lots of decisions, and you can sit back and watch your chef do his stuff. The service and food are consistent, and it’s great fun, especially on birthdays and anniversaries.
